Ingredients:
1,5 cups of milk (lactose free according to wish)
1 medium red apple
1 tablespoon yogurt
1/2 cup marinated almonds
1/4 medium spoon cinnamon
1 medium spoon honey
How to prepare?
1. Peel the shells of the red apple and divide into four equal parts.
2. Get the cold milk blender.
3. Add yogurt, apple slices, almonds, honey and cinnamon to the milk.
4. Mix all ingredients in a blender and serve the cold drink.
Service Offer
You can add cinnamon, flax seed or oatmeal on the top of it.
