As we all know avocado is a fruit rich with lot of different vitamins. It also can be consumed in so many different ways. Here is one of the smoothie recipes i've got with avocado.

Ingredients
⦁ 200 ml. low fat milk
⦁ 1/2 large mature avocado
⦁ 2 tablespoons half-fat yoghurt
⦁ 1/4 large green apples
⦁ 10 sheets of fresh mint
⦁ 1 tablespoon honey
Key point
Serve the cold smoothie you prepared, without waiting. You can add ice as you wish.
How to prepare?
1. Cut one mature avocado into two from the middle and remove the middle core of it. Take the half and peel off the crust, then cut it into small pieces.
2. Cut the green apple into 4 pieces and remove the crust from the middle of it.
3. Put low fat milk, avocado pieces, mint leaves, yoghurt, honey and green apples to a blender.
4. Mix them carefully, until they are perfectly done. Consume it without waiting any longer.
Serve Offer
According to your desire you can serve it with lemon slices and mint leaves.
